BREXIT UPDATE

UPDATE FEB 2021: BREXIT UPDATE FOR CUSTOMERS LIVING WITHIN THE EU – NEW INFORMATION AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

Due to recent changes in the UK & EU’s trade agreements, please note orders will now be shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) service and you may be required to pay import Custom Duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and Customs clearance fees on your purchase when it arrives in your destination country. The courier making the final delivery to you will contact you in advance of delivering the goods.

Please be aware that we have no control over these import charges which are now set by each country, and cannot tell you what the exact cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

When ordering please can a contact mobile phone number be provided, which will be passed on to the courier, so they can make contact once the parcel is in your country. We will also make contact with you once your order is placed, re-sending this information and will ship out once receipt of this has been confirmed.
