Woolrich has been synonymous with quality outdoor clothing for over 180 years. Founded in 1830 by John Rich and Daniel McCormick, Woolrich is the oldest manufacturer of outdoor wear in the USA.
The Woolrich hunting coat originated in the 1800s and is still as popular today. The rugged shell helps ward off the fiercest weather. It's not only warm, but it sheds water, and the tight weave keeps out the cold. Made in the USA. The label dates this garment to circa 1970s as this is when the more abstract line drawing of the sheep was introduced with squared off ears on a white base.
Used and in overall good vintage condition with general signs of wear throughout and abrasion to the cuff areas from use. The back neck label has come loose at the edges but is still secure, there is a mark to the back right shoulder, and one right cuff button has chipped. Not quite perfect but a nice vintage hunting coat which is also quilt lined for warmth.
All my vintage listings unless otherwise stated are true vintage and have been worn before, therefore they will typically show signs of wear and will not smell like new, which is all part of the vintage look and appeal.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: Please DO NOT solely rely on the listed size for your correct fit. Designers often use different measurements for sizes depending on the overall look they desire, so sizes can not only vary brand to brand but also within the same brand. Also, for vintage and pre-worn items the shape may have changed after years of being worn. The best way to ensure your correct fit is to compare the measurements listed to a similar item that fits you well.
EXTERNAL MEASUREMENTS: Please check against a similar garment of your own that fits you well, measuring flat and fully zipped or buttoned up (if applicable) on a flat surface:

Please do not solely rely on the listed size for your correct fit. Designers often use different measurements for sizes depending on the overall look they desire, so sizes can not only vary brand to brand but also within the same brand.
