Vintage 60s Vietnam US Army ERDL Leaf Camo Ripstop Combat Field Coat S ShortRegular price £125.00 GBP
This is a vintage United States Army ERDL Leaf Pattern Camouflage combat coat, made from a tough and durable ripstop fabric, which was made to last. Made in the USA by Elder MGF Co, this jacket was manufactured in 1968.
The ERDL pattern, also known as the Leaf pattern is a camouflage pattern developed by the United States Army at its Engineer Research & Development Laboratories (ERDL) in 1948. It was not used until the Vietnam War, when it was issued to elite reconnaissance and special operations units beginning early 1967 and was used up until 1979.
Used and in good vintage condition with general signs of wear, discolouration and abrasion. There has been a stitch repair to the left cuff (as worn) as well as there being some tiny areas of fraying to both arms. Freshly laundered and ready for its new owner.
All my vintage listings unless otherwise stated are true vintage and have been worn before, therefore they will typically show signs of wear, which is all part of the vintage look and appeal.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: Please DO NOT solely rely on the listed size for your correct fit. Designers often use different measurements for sizes depending on the overall look they desire, so sizes can not only vary brand to brand but also within the same brand. Also, for vintage and pre-worn items the shape may have changed after years of being worn. The best way to ensure your correct fit is to compare the measurements listed to a similar item that fits you well.
