Vintage 80s Wrangler Blue Broken Twill Denim Trucker Western Jacket XXLRegular price £95.00 GBP
Wrangler Jeans were first made by Blue Bell, who acquired the brand in the mid-1940s. In 1946 Blue Bell started to develop a jeans line for cowboys and Blue Bell workers. They offered their customers an opportunity to take part in a contest to give the jeans a brand name. The winning name is Wrangler, synonymous with the name for a working cowboy. Wrangler has acquired iconic status worldwide and is still today a leading force in denim.
This jacket is made in the USA from a Broken Twill fabric. This is when the diagonal weave of the twill is intentionally reversed at every two warp ends to form a random design. As a result, the natural torque characteristic of regular twill weaves is reduced, eliminating the leg twist effect.
This is a vintage 80s Wrangler Denim Trucker Jacket. Used and in good vintage condition with general signs of wear and abrasion that gives the denim a cracking patina as well as a great washed and worn look. There is some fraying to both cuffs as well as there being a small hole to the lower back left hem. Freshly laundered and ready for its new owner.
All my vintage listings unless otherwise stated are true vintage and have been worn before, therefore they will typically show signs of wear, which is all part of the vintage look and appeal.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: Please DO NOT solely rely on the listed size for your correct fit. Designers often use different measurements for sizes depending on the overall look they desire, so sizes can not only vary brand to brand but also within the same brand. Also, for vintage and pre-worn items the shape may have changed after years of being worn. The best way to ensure your correct fit is to compare the measurements listed to a similar item that fits you well.
EXTERNAL MEASUREMENTS: Please check against a similar garment of your own that fits you well, measuring flat and fully zipped or buttoned up (if applicable) on a flat surface:
