Vintage Belstaff Tourmaster Trophy Waxed Cotton Biker Jacket Made in England XL
Belstaff was founded in 1924 by Eli Belovitch and his son-in-law Harry Grosberg, in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire in the UK. The name Belstaff is a combination of Eli’s surname and his Staffordshire home. Belstaff was the first company to use wax cotton in the manufacturing of waterproof apparel for motorcycling.
This is a vintage Belstaff - Designed & Made in the UK - Tourmaster Trophy wax cotton biker jacket, fully lined with 4 generous bellow pockets, a reflective belt, quilted elbow and shoulder padding, and Belstaff badges to the pocket and arm.
Used and in good vintage condition with general signs of wear, discolouration and abrasion throughout. This jacket has a great worn in look to it.
Please note wax cotton has a unique smell even when new, and over time for a vintage jacket this can become a stronger more enhanced smell. PLEASE BE AWARE - If you have never had a wax jacket and are unfamiliar with the type of smell then we would not recommend to buy a used or vintage wax jacket.
All my vintage listings unless otherwise stated are true vintage and have been worn before, therefore they will typically show signs of wear and will not smell like new, which is all part of the vintage look and appeal.
SIZE: XL with a 52in full external chest measurement (please see below for all key measurements to check against a similar garment of your own to ensure a good fit).
HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: Please DO NOT solely rely on the listed size for your correct fit. Designers often use different measurements for sizes depending on the overall look they desire, so sizes can not only vary brand to brand but also within the same brand. Also, for vintage and pre-worn items the shape may have changed after years of being worn. The best way to ensure your correct fit is to compare the measurements listed to a similar item that fits you well.
EXTERNAL MEASUREMENTS: Please check against a similar garment of your own that fits you well, measuring flat and fully zipped or buttoned up (if applicable) on a flat surface:
A - CHEST - armpit to armpit (double for full chest): 26in (66cm)

Please do not solely rely on the listed size for your correct fit. Designers often use different measurements for sizes depending on the overall look they desire, so sizes can not only vary brand to brand but also within the same brand.
